T Panel

T Panel is a specially designed product that connects rooms with different or same panel thicknesses, while providing ease of installation without sacrificing insulation value. Since no additional accessories or consumables are required for room connections, it provides an aesthetic appearance.

Panel surface material can be produced as POLY, PVC, Cr-NI and GALVANIZED sheet. Cold room panels are interlocking panels that are produced by injecting 42 (+/-2) kg/m³ density polyurethane foam between 0.50 mm sheets on both sides. They are produced according to the standard B2 fire resistance class, and can also be produced according to the B1 fire resistance class if preferred.

Description

A T-panel in modular cold rooms generally denotes a specialized panel type utilized within modular cold room systems. These panels typically serve as integral elements constituting the walls, ceiling, and floor of the cold room. The term “T panel” is derived from the top-down view of the panel, resembling the letter T in shape.

These T panels play a pivotal role in fortifying the structure of modular cold rooms, enhancing insulation, and ensuring the preservation of stored product quality. Equipped with high-quality insulation materials, they actively contribute to heightened energy efficiency.
