Description
Panel surface material options encompass POLY, PVC, Cr-NI, and GALVANIZED sheets. The panels are available in thicknesses ranging from 50 to 200 mm, with a standardized width of 1110 mm. Depending on the room’s configuration, panel lengths can extend up to 12800 mm. Notably, the panels boast a smooth, hygienic surface that is easy to clean.
Designed with specialized features to prevent heat loss, the panels undergo a meticulous process within a 600-ton press, ensuring a reaction time of a minimum of 30 minutes to a maximum of 90 minutes, depending on their thickness. A 50-micron surface protection film is applied during production. The joints of the panels are meticulously crafted to minimize heat loss, facilitating potential material savings in consumables. They are produced in adherence to the standard B2 flame retardancy class, with the option for production according to the B1 flame retardancy class upon request.
